I have never really been a fan of gym’s, but at p10 fitness I feel like they are always there to help and tell you what to do.

The best part so far has been my belly going, I had never done CrossFit before p10 and now I’ve been going for around 7 months. I have seen huge progress in lots of different skills too, I can lift more weight and I am totally addicted to going now!

I had not exercised for 6 months before starting P10 due to various aches & pains. I didn’t feel happy with my appearance and was lacking motivation and confidence.
When I first joint P10 I was scared to even lift an empty barbell and box jumps where off the cards. Since starting in January I have attended P10 between 4 to 5 times each week and also had 6 PT sessions to work on movement standards. My confidence has soared, both in performing movements and in my own appearance. I have smashed goals which I really didn’t think possible, if someone told me I would be squatting 70kg in January I would have never believed that.

I’ve definitely made lots of gains, I’m lifting more than I ever have and feel I’m doing it with better technique. Progressing well with gymnastics and Mentally I’ve been feeling far better since coming to P10, constantly working out with like minded people trying to better themselves under the guidance of good coaches has made me feel much better about myself day to day.
I have lost some weight and put on some muscle without really watching my diet too much, just like to turn up and get stuck in!

I was doing some exercise at a gym and bootcamp but both were un-motivating.
Having previously done some CrossFit and weightlifting I had been keeping an eye out for a box to open that was handy for me. Randomly sitting on by the pool with a cocktail a Christmas spotted P10 and signed up for a taster session the day we got back.
I had previously been a member at standard gyms, all too busy in London and and full of bad coaching, I also found it a struggle to motivate myself to go especially when they’re packed and trying to get a squat rack or bench is a mission.
Strength and fitness wise…. I’ve definitely made lots of gains, I’m lifting more than I ever have and feel I’m doing it with better technique. Progressing well with gymnastics and my fitness has definitely improved, putting it all down to good coaching and consistently turning up to the gym.
Mentally I’ve been feeling far better since coming to P10, constantly working out with like minded people trying to better themselves under the guidance of good coaches has made me feel much better about myself day to day.
Although I feel I’m getting stronger and lifting good numbers the results I’m personally most proud of are probably my progression with items I couldn’t do before like double unders, rope climbs and handstands just because I feel like they’re more technically challenging.
Community…. well that’s the thing that’s great about crossfit and P10 Fitness…. people of all levels pushing, encouraging and helping each each do the work out or hit a lift…. I genuinely look forward to turning up to lifting weights and hitting a WOD the other members!
The coaching and programming is obviously great and the class sizes are sensibly sized so that the coaches can keep an eye on things.
Good selection of classes and options!
The equipment and space is great!
Social aspects is good people regularly go for a coffee or a few drinks after workouts and supliert each other to enter competitions or other fitness events!
I have lost some weight and put on some muscle without really watching my diet too much, just like to turn up and get stuck in!
The coaches have loads of knowledge and if you’re looking for help with other items such are physio, nutrition or anything else there are options within the gym at are willing to help.
I’d instantly recommend it no matter what level route… to someone who’d never been to a gym or even crossfit gym my instantly reaction would be to advise them to come and do a taster session and them sign up for a month. To someone who is experienced I’d just say the facilities, community and coaching is most likely better at P10 and you’ll get a 100kg snatch far faster!

I had not exercised for 6 months before starting P10 due to various aches & pains. I didn’t feel happy with my appearance and was lacking motivation and confidence. Prior to P10 I was attending boot camp 4 times a week for around 18 months. Although I enjoyed this at first, I soon felt like I plateaued in performance and also found the sessions quite repetitive. Previously had an unhealthy relationship with food, resulting in restrictive eating patterns followed by binges.
When I first joint P10 I was scared to even lift an empty barbell and box jumps where off the cards. Since starting in January I have attended P10 between 4 to 5 times each week and also had 6 PT sessions to work on movement standards. My confidence has soared, both in performing movements and in my own appearance. I have smashed goals which I really didn’t think possible, if someone told me I would be squatting 70kg in January I would have never believed that
The community spirit made by both the coaches and the members is one of the best things. Everyone supports each other to reach their goals and make you push that extra mile.
Some other benefits i have found from attending P10 are;
Body Confidence: For the first time in my adult life I can say I feel comfortable in my body, yeah I have a few days where I don’t feel so good every now and again, but that’s normal! To think I now happily wear a sports bra and leggings in the gym – that would never have happened without the coaching.
Improved education around nutrition: I have worked closely with Calum over the last 3.5 months. I now have a good understanding of how to fuel my body, whilst also managing to lose inches and at the same time living life.
Friendships: Meeting new people has been a great part of joining P10
If you’re contemplating joining P10, I would say Do it – you won’t regret it. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and approachable and customise workouts so that anyone can perform them, no matter your experience.

After over a decade of back pain and associated restrictions through mobility and chronic pain – I was recommended to meet Sal and Sonia to see if rehab PT could help me.
Over the last ten years I had spent countless amounts on chiropractors, physios, acupuncture, Bowen therapy and invasive procedures such as steroid injections into my spine joints. The hospital had largely given-up and simply referred me to The Pain Clinic for support with chronic pain. I was miserable. I’d put on weight, which I hated and just felt completely lost on what to do.
I was referred to Sal and Sonia through another coach and during the first session my movement and mobility were assessed – where it was quickly discovered that I wasn’t moving as well as I’d thought! Despite trying to remain fit and active I had movement pattern problems and lots of key weaknesses in my glutes, hamstrings and shoulders!
A programme was devised and I worked with Sal for strength and rehab PT and Sonia to treat any niggles and pain.
It took around six months of work – with sessions that constantly evolved and progressed as my body got stronger and my weaknesses went away until I woke-up and my everyday pain was gone!
The added bonus was that everyday movements like taking washing out of the machine, mopping or lifting things – that previously had caused discomfort were also absolutely fine.
I can’t really understate the value of working with Sal and Sonia. Being in pain every day is miserable. When you have tried to take responsibility for your injuries and fix them – it becomes even more frustrating. They both exude an immense joy for helping people – and your ‘gains’ are theirs too.
Sal, as a PT, is encouraging, works to any limitations or niggles you might have, but critically, really, really challenges you. Having back pain essentially makes you scared to move in certain ways. Anyone with injuries needs a critical eye that will call ‘bullsh*t’ on poor form or compensations that your brain is telling your body to make. Sal has been my bullsh*t caller! Working with him has been a joy. Fun and inspiring and incredibly motivating.
I’ve gone from being sad, fed-up and contemplating further invasive treatments to being pain-free, happier and celebrating amazing achievements that I never thought my body would do. I look better (everyone loves guns!), I feel better, and I am
an absolute convert to the power of strength and conditioning.

I always recognised that exercise needs to be a part of a healthy lifestyle, however after leaving school and leaving all the sports behind I just struggled to incorporate it into my day and commit myself to it for the long-term.
The difficulties I experienced in previous years were finding a fitness regime that was tailored for me, one that had a real purpose, and the potential to make me feel good. One which I could track and see results, varied and which kept pushing my limits so that I could continue to improve. It also needed to include the fun factor, and that always seemed to be non-existent which made it all that more of an effort to incorporate it into my day. P10 has positively changed my perspective on exercise and provides all of the above and more.
I tried a number of things before p10. Traditional gyms, including their fitness classes, dance and bootcamp style fitness classes. Never for very long though, after a few sessions I would usually give up, due to getting injured, or through boredom. The classes were not tailored for me, I remained anonymous in class, and I felt that the main focus of these classes was mainly to lose weight to wear smaller sized clothes (obviously, this can still be a benefit) and very little focus on the long-term health benefits of exercise or how to progress. They also failed to provide a holistic approach to fitness so that every aspect of your health is considered and I feel this is emphasised and encouraged at p10. There are definitely many more important reasons as to why exercise is important and not just about aesthetics as I have learned and experienced personally through starting my own fitness journey at p10.
My fitness and strength continue to increase week by week, and there has been a 5% decrease in my body fat. I am more mobile and flexible than before. I’ve learned so many new skills which can constantly be improved and refined. I feel like I’ve come a long way seeing as in my first session I had difficulty sitting down in a squat and after 2 minutes on the rower I was ready to go home.
The best part is belonging to an awesome community. It is a really welcoming, supportive and inspiring space where you can meet people from all corners of the world. The coaches get to know you as a person, they really have your best interests in mind, and always strive to make the classes tailored to your needs. They know how to push you and never let your efforts go unnoticed. If you’ve never got on with exercise previously then p10 has the capacity to change that.
As a result of training, I just feel so much happier in myself both physically and mentally. I’ve never experienced the endorphin release during my previous exercising efforts and always wondered what all the fuss was about. But now I’ve experienced it through training at p10 and it’s pretty good and worth all the effort.
It’s a great way to learn about your body more and how to look after it better so that you experience optimum levels of health.
I have also noticed my mindset is changing to become more positive. The challenges that I face whilst training has helped me to realise that I am capable in overcoming those and achieving my goals in the gym, which can also be applied to other commitments in my life.
I definitely recommend p10. It’s fun, it’s supportive, it’s challenging. The lifts, the movements, the skills and techniques involved can be worked on continuously so you are always learning and getting better. It’s hard to get bored.
If you have the urge to get started, sign up and just get involved regardless of your fitness level – everybody is welcome. When I started, I had little experience of the fitness industry and no Crossfit experience. I was doing no exercise, was really unfit and with little strength and it was never a problem. The coaches always scaled the workout down so that I could work out safely and be challenged at my level. Coming into it from the place I was at just makes you more inspired by everyone else which pushes you to keep going until you start doing what you thought you will never be able to do.
I’m really pleased I found p10 and decided to become a member there. Through the support of the community, I have been able to find that love for exercise again and can now enjoy all the health benefits that come along with this. I’m really looking forward to seeing what else I can achieve as I continue on this new fitness journey.Thank you to everyone at p10 because I really would not be still going if it wasn’t for the support everyone provides there.

I was involved in sports since my childhood, but for various reasons I stopped practicing my sport of diving and cliff jumping, so the gymnastics element of the P10 classes keeps me really interested.

I would have to say though my main reason for joining was because of my belly.I used to do some workouts in a park and run for around 30 minutes but never had any real guidance or knowledge of why and what to do.

Another amazing part of being a member at p10 fitness is how professional everyone is. This is not just any regular gym, here you will get guided on how to do the exercises correctly and in a very motivating atmosphere. No matter the fitness levels of the other people in the classes I always find someone that helps to motivate and inspire me to do my best in the workouts.

I would recommend P10 100% as from the first moment I walked in I felt a very good energy about the place!
